At Etched On Wood, we take great pride in being industry leaders! Our 5 year warranty introduced in August 2019 offers peace of mind for all our loyal customers. It reflects the confidence we have in our products after years of experience crafting premier home decor.

a. Warranty Duration

The warranty period applies from the date of order for five (5) years. 

b. Warranty Conditions

The above warranty applies when the following conditions are met:

  • Decor piece is coated with a waterproof sealant every 30 days if used outside. 
  • Temperature where the piece was stored never went below 20 degrees F or exceeded 105 degrees F. 
  • Original receipt with proof of purchase is provided. 
  • Decor piece was never dropped or damaged when installing or hanging. 
  • Decor piece was never altered from original manufacturing state. 
  • Decor piece was not handled with bare hands causing fingerprint residue to leave behind imprints.

Etched On Wood cannot assume responsibility for the misuse or misapplication of its products. 

The warranty does not cover: 

  • Customer modification, mishandling or abuse.
  • Color changes due to fingermark residue or sun exposure.
  • Repair, modifications or service by unauthorized personnel.
  • Use of product other than its designed purpose.
  • Damage caused to the product from improper mounting, hanging or adjustments. 

Etched On Wood must be notified no later than (fourteen) 14 days from when the buyer became aware of any defect or such occurrence taking place. The warranty covers a repair or replacement of your initial order/product depending on the circumstances of the situation. The customer will be responsible for any freight charges to send the product back to us if needed. After a full inspection and review, if granted, the customer will be sent a replacement or repaired product under our warranty guidelines.
